Jogeave was founded by Ian Musa, an artist who experienced firsthand the fragmentation and exploitation inherent in the creative industries.

From the struggle to find reliable talent to seeing incredible creatives being undervalued, it became clear that the system was broken. The modeling and production industries, in particular, face deep-rooted issues of exploitation, payment delays, and gatekeeping that recycle the same mainstream names while burying fresh talent.

I wanted to change that. I wanted to build a platform that gives power back to the artists—providing the tools, security, and exposure they reserve.

Jogeave automates the "boring" but critical parts of production—payments, logistics, contracts—so that you can focus on what matters: the art. By securing every transaction via escrow and verifying every profile, we eliminate the risk and restore trust to the creative process.
